Returns

All orders will be processed Monday-Friday only (no weekends or holidays). Please allow 2-5 days for order processing. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, pre-orders, and mail exceptions beyond our control.

If a pre-order item and an in-stock item are purchased on the same order, we will wait to ship both together. 

 

RETURN? Item is unworn, item is unwashed, item is unaltered, item has no makeup stains, item has no deodorant stains, item has no animal hair, item has no smells of smoke, items are not final sale, items fall within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. If you answered YES to all of these, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY -

 At this time our system is unable to process exchanges. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at contact@annoliveco.com to request a return label. The return request must be received within 7 days of the day you receive the item. We will then email you a pre-paid shipping label that you can use to return the item(s) to us. Please note that the refund will not include the original shipping costs, as these are non-refundable. 

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy criteria. If the item(s) are in acceptable condition, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be for regular priced items.

-All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. If items have makeup, deodorant, hair or other stains, you will not be given store credit, and you will be invoiced for the shipping cost to send the items back.

-You may return 3 items per month. After you reach the limit, if you choose to return an item(s), we will process your return with a 20% restocking fee for each item over the 3 item maximum.

DEFECTIVE ITEM If you have received a defective item, please contact us at contact@annoliveco.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. If it has been longer than 2 business days, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

FINAL SALE (no exceptions) All sales on SALE/CLEARNACE items are final sale. All sales are final on all leggings, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes.

ADDITIONAL ORDERING TIPS 

DISCOUNT CODES Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added/applied after an order has been placed.

ALTERING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).

WRONG ADDRESS:

-We do not take responsibility for orders that are delivered to the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to double check the shipping address before the order is placed. If the wrong address is given, it is not our responsibility.

LOST/STOLEN ORDERS:

-Ann+Olive Co Boutique is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen. Please contact USPS with questions regarding your package once it leaves our facility.
